If you’re tired of fad diets, spending hours on an elliptical machine, and not seeing any results, if you’re tired of feeling like you’re trapped in your own body, having no energy, and feeling more aches and pains as the days go on, then you have come to the right place!

​I know all of those feelings, because I went through it.  By the time I had reached my early forties, I was no longer able to walk up a couple flights of stairs without being winded, my back was constantly aching to the point that I was taking medication, and taking my shirt off at the beach was an embarrassing experience.  As an athletic teen and into my twenties, I slowly watched my weight creep up year after year until I was seventy pounds overweight.

I had a choice to make, give up on being fit and healthy and embrace the couch and a good microbrew, or fight back to reclaim my body, my health, and my life.  I chose to fight…Several years later, and seventy pounds lighter, now I help others to reclaim their health and fitness and improve the quality of their lives.

As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer, International Sports Science Association (ISSA) certified kickboxing instructor, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified nutrition coach, I will not provide you with a quick fix, seven minute abs, or “thirty days to a beach body”.  Unfortunately, there is no magic pill that will make years of stress, poor diet, and lack of activity, disappear overnight.  What I do offer you is lasting change, no more fad diets or wasting money on the latest fitness gadgets. 

Midlife Fitness is a collaborative program.  Since there is no “one size fits all” for training and nutrition programs, I will work with you to develop a training and nutrition program, and the habits that you will adopt, to make it successful.
